Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Ipector Leader will manage a group of professional ipecto to eure high levels of on-site performance and client satisfaction.

[Your Respoibilities]

As the Ipector Leader, you will:

- Train and coach ipecto to make sure that company policies and ipection procedures are complied with, and ipector behavior in your team is appropriate;

- Evaluate ipecto’ product knowledge and ipection skills to identify their expertise and qualification, in order to support recruitment decisio and dedicated ipector programs for key clients;

- Conduct ipector audits on-site and report any issues found to the Branch Manager;

- Provide technical support and guidance to ipecto to maintain a coistent quality of service;

- Coordinate with internal parties to resolve any issues that may impact ipecto’ work quality;

- Assist investigation in case of complaints;

- Conduct ipectio or audits if required;

- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

[The Skills We’re Looking For]

- College diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines;

- Over 5 yea working experience, including at least 2 yea in a supervisor’s role in the quality control field;

- Willingness to frequently travel for work;

- Good command of spoken and written English;

- Integrity, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpeonal communication skills;

- A positive attitude in monitoring ipecto’ performance;

- A cooperative and practical approach with good adaptation skills.
