[Your Respoibilities]

As an FP&A Accountant, you will:

- Manage our annual budgeting process, euring that all functional departments participate in the process and are respoible for their respective budgetary commitments;

- Provide a monthly report of budget vs. actual analysis;

- Work closely with function heads to perform monthly KPI variance analysis;

- Prepare monthly commentaries with a summary of trends and analysis of the causes of unexpected variance;

- Provide a rolling forecast as necessary;

- Deliver various analytical reports requested by the management, function heads, or budget owne;

- Prepare presentation slides for all related management meetings;

- Assure proper month-end closing of all companies of the group;

- Assist in the financial analysis of commercial projects;

- Provide backup for the membe of your team and handle other tasks as necessary.

[The Skills We’re Looking For]

- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting;

- 5+ yea in Finance and Accounting area, 3+ yea in a FP&A position (experience in international companies a strong plus);

- Strong analytical skills, combined with the ability to efficiently communicate and cooperate with the management and business executives;

- High proficiency with MS Excel;

- Strong see of peonal integrity and respoibility;

- Excellent attention to detail;

- Fluency in written and spoken English;

- Good teamworking skills, self-motivated attitude, pleasant peonality, and positive outlook.
