Your Respoibilities

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will:

？- Maintain the payment request database, review payment applicatio on a daily basis, make payments, and prepare the weekly statement of cash flow movement/position;

？- Post payments from clients in AI’s internal system and reconcile system data with bank accounts on a daily basis;

？- Key-iimport GL vouche into the accounting system and take care of file management;

？- Reply to emails related to accounting issues;

？- Issue VAT invoices for clients and eure courier delivery of invoices with ipection reports, on a daily basis;

？- Be in charge of reconciliation and breakdown of all accounts, including bank accounts;

？- Carry out inter-company current account reconciliation;

？- Issue monthly inter-company debit notes;

？- Perform monthly fixed assets cross-function reconciliation;

？- Maintain our fixed assets database and organize annual physical inventory of fixed assets;

？- Declare tax retur, and carry out tasks related to the local annual audit and tax audit;

？- Other tasks assigned by the management.

The Skills We’re Looking For

？- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting;

？- 5 yea of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with foreign enterprises;

？- Qualified accountant or CPA qualification is a plus;

？- On-hand experience of full-set accounts;

？- Fluency in written and spoken English;

？- Proficiency with MS Excel;

？- Professional integrity, respoible attitude, and detail-oriented approach;

？- Good teamworking skills, pleasant peonality, and positive attitude;

？- Excellent communication and interpeonal skills.
