Based in Shenzhen, as one of AsiaIpection's Business Development Manage, you will get a one-month training on our services and marketing techniques fit, before developing and managing your own Clients’ Portfolios. Any company importing products from Asia, typically high street retaile, promotional merchandise companies and importe of toys, textile or electronic products is your potential client.
[Your Respoibilities]
The tasks you will be assigned will include, among othe:
Identifying, contacting and prospecting potential clients;
Turning prospects into clients;
Managing your client portfolio, and euring they are putting to proper use the tools provided by AsiaIpection;
Developing the revenue brought by your clients: for example, by offering additional services or encouraging more frequent use of our services;
Maintaining client satisfaction, in collaboration with the Operatio and Marketing teams;
Occasionally visiting clients in China.
[The Skills We’re Looking For]
Theoretical knowledge and/or hands-on experience in factory audits;
Knowledge of trade / manufacturing issues within Asia;
At least 2-3 yea of successful sales experience in the e-commerce environment, preferably B2B sales;
Awareness of local and international market trends;
Cooperation experience with local government preferred;
Excellent interpeonal, analytical and organizational skills;
Energetic and dynamic character, combined with a winning attitude;
Peistent and patient peonality, with a good ability to close deals;
Good business see and entrepreneurial spirit;
High learning potential;
Excellent management skills and ability to work under pressure;
Self-motivated peonality;
Knowledge of local culture and business practices;
Fluent Mandarin, fluent English preferred.
