职位描述：

1.对公司整个供应链的运作负责，设计并改善公司物流，供应链系统，制定并完善切实可行的采购，生产，仓储，配送等管理工作流程，并实施监控和管理；

Respoible for the operation of companies' whole supply chain. Design and improve company's logistics and supply chain system. Develop and improve practical and feasible purchasing, production, warehousing, distribution and other management processes. And implement monitoring and management.

2.熟悉进出口报关流程及清关手册制作；

Familiar with the import and export process, with knowledge on Customs Clearance Manual would be preferred;

3.管理仓库及发运团队，熟悉库存管理；负责监督仓库金蝶数据的录入及核准；

Manage warehouse and delivery team, familiar with warehouese and stock managment;

4.熟悉ERP系统操作，负责监督仓库ERP系统数据（如SAP、金蝶或用友等）的录入及核准；

Respoible for supervising the ERP Operation System(e.g. Kindee, SAP or Oracle etc. )data entry and approval of warehouse;

5.制定物料计划和生产计划；

Establish the material and manufacture plan.

6.物流供应商管理；

Logistics supplier management;

7.产品包装设计及改善；

Product packaging design and improvement;

8.物流运输路线的管理和优化；

The management and optimization of logistics traportation route;

9. 物流配送管理；

Logistics distribution management;

10. 逐渐在中国区开发物流配送中心。

Open a Distribution Center in China.

岗位要求：

a. 具有相关物流/供应链从业经验；

Relevant logistics experience.

b.了解5S 知识；

Undetanding the knowledge of 5S.

c.了解先进先出的原理；

Undeatnding the principle of /fit-in fit-out/.

d.熟悉金蝶ERP操作系统（如SAP、金蝶或用友系统等），尤其是MRP；

Familiar with ERP operating system,e.g. SAP, Kingdee or Oracle etc. especially familiar with MRP running.

e.熟悉进出口报关流程并具备实际操作经验；

Familiar with the import and export declaration process and have the actual operation experience.

f.要求英文读写熟练，听说尚可者优先考虑。

Proficient in oral and written English, can be heard is preferred.
