Important Competencies:

1. Lead a team to execute the customs and forwarding operatio in cooperate with the customs broker and logistics provider

2. Provide general guidance, assistance and advice to the relevant department in support of their logistics operatio and in solving im/export and traport regulatory problems

3. Facilitate the collection & analysis of data to effectively measure & report performance to logistics Manager

4. Provide training to business peonnel, supplie [define kind of training e.g. customs regulatio]

5. Utilize operational teams to manage expediting and status requests & other traactional projects

6. Identify & support Cost and trade compliance risks reduction through improvement of logistics scheme methodology (i.e. Port storage reduction and Customs Penalties)

7. Supervise day-to-day activity and performance of various 3rd Party Customs Compliance provider(s)

8. Eure Integrity and compliance is upheld throughout all processes, policies and practices, by euring appropriate communication and training of related activities

Knowledge/Experience:

1. Education background: Bachelor or above(logistics related major)

2. Foreign Language skill: English, German would be an advantage

3. At least 4 yea of the customs clearance experience including solid knowledge in HS-code classification

4. Experience in Customs Compliance, Customs operatio and/or Logistics / Sourcing Operatio

5. Experience in Manufacturing Industry

6. Proficient in all computing, relevant business systems, including MS Office SAP

7. Experience of project management and process improvement

8. Have strong analytical skills and statistical ability

9. Have exceptional man-management skills and be able to interface effectively, building strong relatiohips with other department

10. A strong expediting background and high level of diplomacy are required in relation to euring that other departments provide accurate information in a timely manner

11. This position requires an individual with a logistics focused mindset as you will follow the materials management process on a project from start to finish

12. Be confident in a ‘client-facing’ role and posses strong leadehip skill
