Job Duties/Respoibilities:

1. Disciplinary and technical leadehip of LCS-Engineering at Krones Taicang; development of those teams

2. Eure maintaining quality standards and a fault-free engineering

3. Work out potentials to improve design quality and reduce fault rates

4. Product-management, including: Product-design, -improvement, -adaptation and -development; future pepectives for product and new developments; monitoring of competitor product solutio

5. Respoible contact peon for Krones NTR departments, regarding LCS Engineering (e.g. handling parts for Contiform or Contiroll machines, machine upgrades, …)

6. Pro-active problem solving / further development in cooperation with divisio departments for a continuous improvement of the product

7. Respoible for meeting scheduled engineering deadlines, project management

8. Foster and support interdepartmental cooperation and coordination within Krones-Taicang (especially for business-process precedent and succeeding departments), but also between TC-subsidiary and NTR-HQ, and in-between subsidiaries like Krones-Taicang and Krones-Inc.

Knowledge/Experience:

1. Sophisticated technical knowledge background and Univeity or Technical college degree with and at least 3-5 yea of professional technical experience in equipment manufacturing industry

2. Exteive knowledge of Krones technology, equipment and Krones product Portfolio

3. Professional experience in the use of SAP

4. Management experience of at least 3 yea, preferably international experience

5. Good communication skills and social competence

6. Assertiveness, resilience and competent appearance

7. Experience with product and/or project management

8. Willingness to travel

9. Good written and oral English skills, German is a plus

10. Intercultural seitivity and flexibility
