Respoibilities:

1. Organization, coordination and supervising of the team or department incl. strategic and structural development of the staff

2. Technical support and coulting of the other departments and technical initiating of product and process optimizatio

3. Coaching and developing the team to support all localization projects for all technical related questio.

4. Developing the engineering competences in TC according to AG strategy.

5. Cooperating with AG to set up and optimize working processes and tools as well as engineering documents due to the improvement of efficiency, quality and internal relatiohip with all interfaces under coideration of the local customer needs and headquarter requirements

6. Overall respoible for the team performance including capacity plan, costs and investments, etc.; supporting the definition of peonnel requirements, organization and recruitment of new peonnel

7. Technical reviewing and clarifying orde according to customer requests; independent machine design from existing modules / drawings;

Required Qualification:

1. Bachelor and Master + at least 5 yea+ mechanical engineering working experience, better related to non-standard products or machines.

2. Additional engineering supervising or management experience will be a plus.

3. Engineering experience related to machines or products localization in China will be a plus.
