Job Respoibilities

1 .Maintenance and Implement EHS programs and plan to assure operation process compliance with company requirements, ISO 14000 & OHSAS18001 requirement and relevant laws, regulatio.

2. Organize annual risk assessment/job safety analysis. Identify and supervise high risk operatio.

3. Occupational health management, include Occupational hazard factor analysis and prevention, organize annual physical examination.

4. Carry out weekly and routine EHS ipection, develop and follow up the action pla to help each area to improve in EHS.

5. Implement EHS trainings in order to raise safety awareness levels of all employees.

6. Incident investigating, analyzing, handling and reporting (Lose time accident, recordable accident, fit aid and near miss) and follow up the corrective and preventive actio.

7. Manage and supervise contractor safety with project leade.

8. Assistance in preparing monthly EHS management reports and participates in the EHS Committee.

9. Provision of emergency respond procedures, fit-aid facilities, safety sig, relevant PPE, ERT team for emergency respoe with drill, etc.

10. Implement EHS Change Management for new project or new equipment.

11. Some experience on facility side: HVAC, fire protection, power distribution, cotruction, and so on.

Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Engineering. Certified in safety engineering.

2. Certified in EHS or OHS auditor will be prefer.

3. Minimum 5 yea' experience in multinational plant as EHS Engineer.

3. Good command of English, both oral and written.

4. Good communication skill. Demotrate strong executioleaning ability.

5 Familiar in the laws and regulatio and standards of the State concerning the safety of local industry, fire protection, environmental protection industry, undetand the management requirements of the current safety policy. Scientifically, mature experience. Good see and excellent problem solving ability.
