Scope of Respoibilities/ 工作职责：

1.Eure each collection & VAT invoice figure is booked in PrismLite timely and accurately

2.Eure the system interface & manual financial journal is accurate and complied with month end closing timetable.

3.Be respoible for providing the floor audit report & final revenue report completely and correctly

4.Eure stamp duty for sales contracts is properly recorded and paid on quarterly basis. No tax penalty obtained

5.Be respoible for checking completeness of show contracts & documents and eure they are properly filed within one month after show

6.Keep good communication with various functional teams

7.Control and follow up of outstanding debto to eure full collection as per company policy. Formulate effective collection pla and mechanism

8.Be respoible for completing the weekly sales report and eure the correctness of this report for management decision

9.Be respoible for VAT & BT invoice registe application to tax bureau completely and timely. No tax penalty obtained

10.Show on-site support when necessary.

11.Be respoible for cash flow forecast report preparation and sales analysis report per request

12.Show on-site support when necessary

13.Make sure to issue VAT invoice and BT invoice properly

14.Timely and accurately deliver A/R reports per corporate closing schedule, and per show teams’ requirement

15.Eure the manual adjustment operated in compliance with BPM & PrismLite processing on timely basis

16.Eure A/R operation in compliance with corporate policy, local policy and regulation

17.Prepare show revenue report and floor audit report after the show

18.Execute special projects according to supervisor’s action plan as needed

19.Check completeness of show contract and eure they are properly filed

20.Other tasks as required by AFM

Qualificatio任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

2.Minimum 3 yea’ experience in accounting, at least 1 year working experience in AR Accountant

3.Knowledge on accounting control and general ledger functio

4.Good interpeonal and communication skills, good team player

5.Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines

6.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
