Overall Respoibility:
The Senior e-marketing executive will be respoible for planning all e-marketing strategy to achieved all the global e-metric KPIs, hehe will work with respective show teams to eure the execution of the action pla as per agreed timeline. At the same time, hehe will support the Senior Marketing Director in training and coaching of the e-marketing specialists in enhancing overall e-marketing skills and rolling out of new e-marketing tools for all offices in China. Hehe will drive e-marketing excellence and using digital to proactively drive the marketing cost down by using digital tools.

3. Planning and Reporting
· Planning and work with multiple show teams in driving the implementation of e-marketing pla.
· Respoible for RXGC e-metric report, set targets, communicate these targets and collect data to put together the e-metric report as per deadline.
· Work with Senior Marketing Director in developing e-marketing strategy that meet the Global Digital KPIs in terms of lead generation and cost efficiencies.
· Identify changes which will improve business performance
4. Customer Focus
· Improve Customer Experience
· Embed digital surveys that meet corporate standard into every show
· Execute Engagement and Adoption action plan to drive value for custome who bought the “e” products.
· Undetand the customer e-behavior of the targeted sector and use relevant digital tools and channels in enhance show brand awareness, engagement with custome and new custome’ acquisition.
