Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Report to Finance Manager

Job Description

？Closely work with show teams as business partner to undetand business , track show performance and provide relevant analysis/advice to drive profitable growth;

？Do show system setup with show team including pricing proposal

？Make monthly finance closing by working closely with controller team

？Compile monthly group financial reporting including reconciliation with controller team and conduct variance analysis;

？Analyze cash flow movement and collection status for respoible BUhow and provide cash conveion forecast.

？Make strategic plan, autumn review/budget and monthly rolling forecast;

？Work with controller team to design and improve procedures, processes and check points appropriately to relevant shows and according to group and statutory policies and rules

？Develop financial models and reporting template to facilitate financial reporting and analysis;

？Be 1-3 subject matter experts in assigned areas

？Other ad-hoc projects assigned by BU finance manager;

Qualification

？A bachelor degree in finance, accounting or a related fields

？Over 5 yea accounting and analytical experience required, at least 2 yea as analyst in a multi-national company

？Fluent oral and written English

？Outstanding communication, analytical, planning and teamwork skills

？Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

？Strong Excel knowledge, knowledge of system such as Sun, Oracle, Hyperion is a plus
