Overall Respoibility/工作概述:

1.To be respoible for TAP invitation, TAP promotional materials and TAP initiatives executing for assigned exhibito and events.

2.Assist the Senior VRC manager to optimize TAP invitation process, TAP talents retention and explore the new emerging tools on-line or off-line for matchmaking.

Scope of Respoibility/工作职责:

1.Assist Senior VRC manager to make the yearly TAP strategic planning as as well as the execution process, including TAP commercialization plan, TAP P&L, TAP invitation process optimization plan, TAP team whole year training plan, etc.

2.Undetand the regional competitive landscape in matchmaking service and capture case study of matchmaking service for sharing

3.Drive the excellence in team organization, providing the useful tools or methods for contract staff and temp staff management in improving working efficiency

4.Work close with database department to bring in new matchmaking system and urgent TAP system optimization

5.Lead and execute shows, Sino-corrugated, Sino-folding Carton,G2E,CCBF,FIBO

Qualificatio任职资格:

1.BA degree or above majored in Marketing / Communication / PR / Media / English.

2.Good command of both written and spoken English.

3.Good timeline management and multi-tasking skills.

4.Willing to learn, self-motivated and dedicated.

5.Good communication and execution skill

6.Experienced in team building is preferred
