通路行销主管工作职责:
对市场营销计划的实行提供全面和详细的支持。包括协助拓广市场,协调和实施销售规划,为特定的渠道制定应营销计划和推广计划。该工作还包括实现销售和利润的目标。
具体职责:
1促进零售市场的营销,与当地零售员进行沟通并组织营销工作。
2与市场营销团队合作,针对渠道客户进行有效营销。与销售、广告部、渠道销售和外部供应商合作进行销售。
3帮助当地零售团队理解和运用标准化零售工具的。
4推动当地零售团队的销售,为其销售提供咨询。
5通过提供适当的实施指导,管理产品销售的流程并促进销售
6与市场营销团队及区域零售团队合作,使用测量工具,在最大程度上确保竞标的实行。
7在战略和创意方面帮助当地零售团队拓广新业务。
8在主题和战术方面协助区域性促销活动,特别是活动的落地实行。
9针对客户和销售者开发项目并通过特定渠道推动销售。
10认清特定渠道的客户需求和市场机遇
11计划、预测和实行市场推广计划并推动渠道销售包括特别促销,购买机会和不断地进行市场细分和产品定位。
12了解市场趋势,潜在需求和竞争。对引进新产品提出建议
13在定价、营销计划、沟通方面制定策略和支持项目以提高谁笼统和花洒产品的市场占有率
14与客户、销售、贸易团体和其他外部内部人员进行持续沟通,以获取满足客户需求的新产品的信息,并取得收入和利润的增长。

Position Description:
Trade Marketing Supervisor - Retail is respoible for providing compreheive and detailed support in the execution of marketing pla. This would involve assisting in developing and managing the development, coordination, and implementation of merchandising, marketing pla, strategies, promotio, and programs for the assigned channel. The Trade Marketing Supervisor has and works across all functional lines to achieve sales and profit objectives.
SPECIFIC RESPOIBILITIES
1.Improve retail marketing implementation and communicatio with area retail sales and marketing organization.
2.Work with marketing team in developing POP and merchandising for channel custome that drives sales. Work with sales, advertising/communicatio, channel merchandising, and outside vendo to develop and distribute POP/merchandising.
3.Manage standardized retail tools for local retail sales team, euring undetanding and implementation.
4.Drive implementation of retail & trade promotio to local retail sales team, providing them a clear undetanding of all elements.
5.Manage flow and results of product launch to the local retail sales team by providing proper implementation guidelines.
6.Work with Marketing team and regional retail sales team to use measurement tools euring campaign effectiveness on all levels.
7.Assist regional retail sales team in new business development, both in terms of strategic and creative directio.
8.Assist in the development of regional coumer promotio, both thematic and tactical, calling particular attention to on-ground implementation.
9.Develop programs for custome and coume to drive sales through assigned channel.
10.Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel.
11.Plan, forecast, and implement marketing programs and promotio for the channel. Include special promotio, buying opportunities, ongoing support programs for product categories and market segments.
12.Undetand trends, potential demand, and competition; make recommendatio to develop and introduce new products that increase sales.
13.Develop strategies and support programs to increase penetration of faucets and showe products to include pricing, marketing programs, and communication pieces.
14.Maintain continuous contact with custome, sales, trade groups, and all other internal and external sources which can contribute to the development of new product ideas to satisfy coumer needs, are marketable, and provide for revenue growth and increased profit.
15.Regularly and tightly track and evaluate the performance of implementation on business pla, programs and activities.

Relevant Working Experience
-Significant experience (generally 5+ yea) in Sales/Trade Marketing experience in a FMCG company or a closely related field is required.
-Knowledge of retail space management, merchandising principles
