1、通过以下方式达成项目销售
捕捉项目渠道和合适的合作伙伴
因地制宜,制定符合当地市场特点的方案
确保所有的活动不与公司零售渠道相冲突
2、适应、执行并为高仪中国卫浴工程战略作出贡献
3、确保整个地区的高仪核心工程销售的执行。
任职要求:
1.本科优先,能在一个相对复杂的销售环境中工作(多渠道,多产品,复杂产品线等)
2.若学历欠缺,则需较多相关工作经验。
3.熟悉销售原则和方法
工作经验:
1.2年以上著名品牌销售人员经验优先
2.能与市场部门精密合作并付诸实践
能力要求
1.有商业头脑,善于谈判。
2.能理解全国销售和营销策略并应用于日常工作。
3.高度结果导向,在一定的指导下工作并具有很好的职业道德。
4.能很好地安排时间,比如组织销售推进。
5.有使用成熟的业务流程操作的经验,尤其是懂得结构化销售和关键客户销售的方法
Tasks and respoibilities
· Achievement of project sales targets through
oIdentify project channels and appropriate partne
oDevise geographic and other priorities and approaches to regional market
oEure all activities are complementary to (not in conflict with) retail work.
· Contribute to, adapt and execute Chinese project and showroom strategies.
· Eure core Grohe sales processes and practices are executed flawlessly across region.
Requirements
Education:
o May have degree, capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc).
o May be less educated but with more experience.
o Formal training in retail sales principles and practices.
Experience:
o Worked as a sales man in a leading edge, branded retail organisation for 2+ yea.
o Experience of working closely with marketing functio and adopting best practice.
Competence
?Commercially savvy, astute in negotiatio..
?Capable of undetanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work
?Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision.
?Good time manager, for example organising sales routing.
?Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes. In particular, undetands principles of a structured sale/key account call
