Requirements
Education:
1.May have degree, capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc).
2.May be less educated but with more experience.
3.Formal training in retail sales principles and practices.
Experience:
1.Worked as a sales man in a leading edge, branded retail organisation for 2+ yea.
2.Experience of working closely with marketing functio and adopting best practice.
