工作职责：

1、按照MPDS流程开发零件，保证零件按照节点交付。Work based on MPDS requirement .Make sure the parts can be launched.

2、与供应商进行协同设计， 在规范， 时间，成本，质量等方面进行管控 Work with supplier closely, and manage it on SPEC, timing, cost, quality field .

3、与供应商进行电子部件设计评审，识别设计缺陷并提出解决方案，帮助供应商理解工程规范， 达到交付标准。DR with supplier, and recognize the issues from the design, help supplier can undetand the SPEC correctly.

4，根据规范需求审核硬件测试项目和计划，并组织供应商进行功能测试、性能测试和整车硬 件测试。Audit and manage the test plan, and conduct supplier to implement the function test, performance test, and vehicle hardware test.

5、指导&跟踪供应商环境试验、电磁兼容试验及路试情况，并及时分析问题，解决问题，并做好经验教训总结。

Conduct and tracking the DV(including EMC), PV test from supplier, vehicle test ， fix the issue and L&L.

6、提出并实施降本方案；

Raise and implement CR idea

7、协助支持法规工作

Support the homologation work

3、与供应商进行线束领域设计评审，重点分析电源负载分配，线束三维布置，以及导线（日标，国标），接插件，保险、继电器，卡扣和包扎管等原材料的性能和选用原则，提前识别问题并提出解决方案。DR with supplier, and recognize the issues from the Wiring Harness design. Focusing on that power distribution, 3D layout, Review performances and selecting principles of raw cables, connecto, Fuse & Relay, Clips, packing pipes.

4、指导&跟踪供应商设计验证试验，产品验证试验，整车试验，并及时分析问题，解决问题，并做好经验教训总结。

Conduct and tracking the DV test, PV test from supplier, vehicle test, fix the issue and L&L.

5、确保线束样件可以支持整车各节点样车建造。Eue that the harness prototype build successfully supports the vehicle every milestone prototype build.

6、提出并实施降本方案。Raise and implement CR idea.

7、支持所有APQP活动包含PPAP签署。Support all APQP activities including PPAP sign-off.

任职资格：

大学本科以上学历，电子电气，仪器仪表，自动化，通信等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above ,Electrical, Electronics, Itrumentation, Mechatronics ,Automation, Telecommunication related.

对模拟电路、数字电路、EMC及硬件架构设计有较深理解；熟悉各种电子元器件的特性，包含Micro的内部构架和接口电路，熟悉线性电源、开关电源、车身网络通信协议等硬件设计

Familiar with analogy electronics, digital electronics, EMC, Chips, IO circuit, power circuit, CAN BUS.

3年以上汽车电子产品硬件系统设计经验

3 yea in hardware design in automotive industry.

英文CET4级以上.
