工作职责：

?协助质量工程师发展和建立质量体系和相关质量文件

Assist quality engineer develop and establish quality system and quality document

?跟踪产品变更以及及时调整变更的产品工艺

Trace production change and adjust process according the product design changed

?对工艺过程进行人机工程安全等各个方面的评估

Evaluate ergonomic and safety analyses and evaluate

?对制造过程进行定期监察，确保工艺过程与文件的一致性

Supervise the manufacturing process; make sure the coistency between files and actual process

?维护平面布置图和不断改进

Maintenance layout and improve it

?协助工人和技师发展编制作业指导书

Assist worker and technician make work itruction

?投产阶段产品工艺设备质量等相关专业组成的跨功能小组，完成工艺方面所要求完成的任务

Production process facility quality cross function team, respoible for process.

?协助新车型的投产准备和投产

Assist new module car launch prepare and launch

?完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作

Complete the temporary job the supervisor required

任职资格：

1、2016应届本科或硕士研究生，在校期间优良的学业记录

2016 graduates (BA or MA) with outstanding academic record

2、本科通过CET- 4，硕士通过CET- 6

Bachelor through CET- 4, Master through CET- 6

3、顺利取得毕业证书与学位证书

Successfully obtained the diploma and degree certificate

4、诚实守信，良好的团队合作精神

Honest and trustworthy, good team work spirit

5、热爱汽车行业
