工作职责：

?负责项目要求的整车NVH属性相关的比对及开发目标设定

Be respoible for objective vehicle NVH attribute benchmarking and target setting as required by program

?负责开发项目要求的整车NVH属性相关设计产品验证计划，并完成相关NVH的测试；

Be respoible for development of NVH PAT DVPV Plan required by the program and finish the NVH test items according to the plan;

?负责整车NVH 属性相关问题跟踪、调查及改进；积极应对顾客抱怨的NVH问题；

Be respoible for NVH attribute related issue tracking, investigation, improvement; feedback custome complain energetically.

?负责马自达的测试项目本地化转移，包括相关试验室及或试验场的要求进行比对，测试程序及方法的本地化，测试设备的对标，测试结果的对比以及和马自达相关工程师的沟通；

Be respoible for Mazda test items localization; include test labroad benchmark, test procedure localization, test device benchmark, test result compare and the communication with relevant Mazda enginee.

?确保按规定的时间间隔对检验、测量及测试设备仪器、实验室进行标定、记录标定数据及标记清楚设备仪器的标定状态，同时作好标定记录

Eure that ipection, measuring, test equipment and test lab is calibrated and adjusted at prescribed intervals, documenting the basis for calibration and identifying the equipment to show calibration status and maintaining calibration records.

?负责根据公司产品周期计划建议执行最有效的整体测试战略，包括能力规划建议、设备购买，测试地点选定等。

Be respoible for recommending implementing the most efficient overall testing strategy as required by product cycling plan, including test capability plan proposal, equipment purchase, outside test location selection etc.

任职资格：

?汽车工程机械测控相关专业全日制本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering mechanical or etc. relevant major

?在汽车行业工作三年以上。

Three yea experiences in automobile industry.

?有NVH相关行业经验或CAE工作经验或熟练日语者优先

Relevant NVH working experiences or CAE work experience or master Japanese is plus

?英语技能 – 听说读写清晰，简明和流利，通过大学英语四级。

English ability requirement, above CET-4 ,be able to read and write smoothly.

?熟练的驾驶技术。

Skilled driving experience.
