工作职责：

?负责对机器人及其附属设备的运行状态进行点检，确保正常运行。

?现场机器人故障处理，并对现场机器人操作者的指导培训。

Resolve the robot problem in line, and train the robot operator.

?与涂料供应商协作对现场机器人喷涂质量问题进行分析、试验，寻求解决方案。

Collaboration with supplie to analysis, test and seek the solution for the quality problem of robot painting on the spot.

?降低废溶剂排放，降低油漆成本的可行性分析和实施。

Reduce emissio of waste solvent. Analyze and implement the feasibility for reducing the cost of the paint.

?协助涂装区域工程师作好区域质量的控制和提高。

Assist the paint area engineer to control and enhance the quality in area.

?新产品涂料颜色调试、产能提升机器人调试

Debug the paint of new production.Debug the robot production capability.

?协助做好车间安全环保的工作。

Assist engineer to eure the paint shop environment requirement.

任职资格：

?本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

?在汽车喷涂机器人方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验；

Have the knowledge and experience in vehicle paint robot.

?好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强；

Good spirit of work, and strong ability in cooperation

?掌握计算机运用技术。

Good computer skills

?英语4级

English ability: CET-4
