Overall Respoibility
To be respoible for the total contribution of the assigned shows, existing and new show launches.
Key result areas
1.To prepare, implement, monitor and control assigned shows.
2.To eure that assigned show pla are within budget.
3.To guide and direct the sales activities of Project Sales Executives where applicable.
4.To assist Project Director to prepare and submit accurate and timely reports.
5.To work cooperatively with industry groups, functional groups and associatio in their role as contributor to the overall success of each show.
6.To create an open line of communication with exhibito, prospects, attendees, association, coultants, vendo.
Principal Accountabilities
1.To project and sales manage 1 or 2 projects.
2.To formulate and implement marketing pla with Project Director and Marketing peonnel and document it in the Business Operating Plan.
3.To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, playe, distribution and issues.
4.To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows in both exhibit space and VAS.
5.To direct the project team in implementing the marketing pla and budgets for the assigned shows.
6.To monitor daily activity of project sales executives of about 15-20 sales visits per day.
7.To prepare and present formal sales presentatio to assigned accounts as required.
8.To develop and maintain exhibitor and visitor prospect lists.
9.To organize advisory committee relevant to the industry.

13.To be respoible for floor plan management, contract and payment collectio and customer service.
Requirements:
1.Degree graduated with at least 2 yea of sales experience, preferably in exhibition industry.
2.Have a strong command of both spoken and written English/Chinese.
3.Articulate and possess strong communication skills.
4.Must have good initiative and a positive attitude.
5.Resourceful and a good team player.
6.Able to plan and execute marketing campaig with minimal supervision.
