Position Purpose / Objective (in broad terms describe what the job does and the expected end results)

The Plant Director drives Plant’s production and operatio according to standards of cost and quality. Through effective work processes, hehe meets and prioritizes the needs from the Custome and the company Organization, and tralates them to activities. In a context of development for the site, his focus will be the industrialization of new products (with R&D teams), the ramp up of production in terms of volume and quality, the optimization of costs, as well as the structuration and professionalization of processes on the site. Special focus should be made on raising the discipline and customer focus of the local organization.

Hehe manages People and activities in a continuous improvement mode and implements World Class Manufacturing methodology according to Group’s roadmap.

Key activities:

Manage production nning, (pla？priorities, organization)

Manage logistics (planning, and supply chain？priorities, organization)

Plant？Build and manage team management

Eure daily customer’s satisfaction of standards of？by delivering products into delays according to cost, service and quality

Define budget with finance and manage？ it accordingly, tracking cost savings

Manage people development involvement and continuous？in line with company management principles and improvement philosophy (communication of goals, strategy and measures, objectives set-up, training, flexibility…)

Implement Quality Quality management and supported by？control processes according to Group’s road map and WCM central team

Implement and assess manage KPIs in order to？and increase the performance

Manage safety plan in order to？ achieve 0 accident

implement？Drive and policy environmental

Lead or take part of in implementation that？company common policies and guidelines, and make sure they are followed on the site

Work in marketing partnehip with？team to eure new product introduction and industrializatioqualification

Job profile

Master degree with a minimum of 10？ yea’ experience (engineering…etc)
