Respoibilities

? Report to CEO

? Look after the entire daily operatio of the business;

? Provide leadehip and input for all company pla;

? Lead Finance- and Accounting, Supply Chain, IT and HR Manage;

? Drive and oveee the implementation of operational process;

? Coach and mentor management team membe;

? Set specific KPIs, review, assess and monitor performance progress on regular basis;

Requirements:

? Univeity degree with 12+ yea of substantial working experience at senior management level;

? Strong leadehip competencies to support competitive, profitable and fast growing organization;

? A good negotiator with strong business see;

? B2C and strong coumer and/or luxury brand working experience is preferred but not a must;

? Excellent communication and team-building skills;

? Well organized with analytical mind;

? Hands-on, “builder” mentality

? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;

? Passion for clean air.
