Position summary
The Business Development Manager – Health Services is the respoible for the distribution of the Health Services developed by AGA CN.
This services ranging from Health Management (i.e. wellbeing / prevention coaching services) to specific disease management (e.g. Diabetes, Hyperteion, etc,…)
Position Accountabilities
New business development oriented
To achieve sales target, with dimeio of new acquisition & renewal/organic growth of line of business, and targeted market segments.
Conclusion of the negotiation with already identified targets to set up pilot programs.

Exploitation of the priority distribution channel:
Life and Non-Life Iurance companies (cross-selling with existing clients),
Corporatio, Health Iurance and Corporate benefit broke
Exploration of alternative distribution channel (e.g. Pharmaceutical companies, B2C in liaison with B2C team)
To manage Key Accounts in targeted segment, and undetand Key Accounts well. To formulate Key account management plan (KAP). To stabilize partnehip with existing key clients.
Existing customer relatiohip maintenance with support of National Sales Manage.
Required Qualificatio
Univeity or Master degree, major in Business or Finance preferred
6+ yea working experience in iurance, brokerage, corporate or iurance service industry. Successful B2B sales experience and corporate benefit service sales experience are preferred
Proven strong capability of problem solving and internal/external communication (international exposure)
Capable to work independently meanwhile a good team player (strong interactio with HQ, marketing and operatio team)
Quick learner
Multi-task management and time management capability
Good attitude and communication skill both English and Chinese
Good paperwork & presentation skill
Be aggressive, confident, anti-frustration, optimistic, smart and diligent
