Based in Hangzhou, the Recruitment Leader will be respoible for implementing AI’s recruiting plan in order to meet our business development goals. They will cooperate with AI's hiring manage, to identify talent requirements, and develop new channels to meet our aggressive hiring goals.

[Your Respoibilities]

As a Recruitment Leader, you will:

- Be respoible for recruitment in the North China region, euring qualified employees are hired on time;

- Organize orientation training for newcome and conduct the HR session, euring that new employees have a good undetanding of our company culture, systems, practice, procedures, etc.;

- Work closely with business departments to train, develop, and retain our staff;

- Measure recruitment effectiveness and take corrective action to secure recruitment results;

- Manage the Chinese trainee program in the North China region, hiring candidates for our winter and summer interhips to support AI’s business needs and build the ipector talent pool;

- Assist the HZ branch manager in preparing manpower report and analysis;

- Provide administrative support to the HZ office administration if needed.

[The Skills We’re Looking For]

- Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in HRM;

- 4 to 6 yea experience in talent acquisition within a multinational corporation, or other international exposure;

- Good networking and negotiating talents, and the ability to use any platforms at your disposal to source and acquire talent;

- The ability to make a strong fit impression, being the brand ambassador for AI;

- Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

- The ability to handle change and conflict efficiently;

- An approachable peonal style;

- Flexible, energetic, and mature attitude;

- Good command of spoken and written English.
