?Customer complaints handing (90%)
?CCM new dealer training (10%)
Key Performance Measurement:
?Effective Complaints rate
?Complaints closed rate within 5 working days
?AWA Budget Control
Requirements:
?Bachelor degree, automotive engineering will be preferred.
?Minimum of 5 yea related customer service experience for automotive industry, at least 3 yea of complaint handling.
?Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Must work effectively under pressure.
?Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle customer complaints, Contact with customer, negotiate and provide solutio.
?Effective communication with cross-function teams.
?Strong PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
?Basic knowledge of Automobile technology.
?Excellent written & spoken English.
?Driver's licee.
