Coultanting of Regional Sales区域汽车销售咨询顾问(汽车经销商和区域管理)
General subject of work is for *** support project, to coult the *** area manage for regional sales in the field, coach and oite support area manage to perform for all aspects of dealer performance.
?lead Area Manage of *** Auto on respoible for the direct supervision of the business Regional Retail/ Wholesale Target Achievement and Sales performance management. Support the Sales Management of *** Auto at regional level
?coordinate and steer Area Manage, to coach them in a basic respoibility to eure that deale achieve the set objectives and standards.
?Monitor Area Manage on implementation of all decided measures and track the success, setup of Sales Coulting team and processes, building up with expert know how in the regarding fields of work.
?Monitor Area Manage of *** to compliance with OEM operating standards in Sales, Marketing, CI & Facilities, Training, Peonnel and Dealer Systems
?advises to area manage and deale in managerial and corporate matte and is respoible for the overall Dealer performance.
?Prepare decisio in line with the given tasks and present them to different management levels of *** and ***.
?Support Brilliance in analyzing and continuously improving efficiency of sales performance in regard to the regional sales business.
?Other additional contingent project related tasks assigned by *** / *** line manager.
Knowledge / skills / competencies:
?5 yea experience in automotive sales processes in a coulting role, including wholesale and dealehip sales processes, and background of several yea of automotive experience in various functio in international automotive companies
?Experience in dealehip standards
?Excellent Good communication skills / Strong leadehip skills 3 yea in a team management
?Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
?Confident presentation skills
?Able and keen to work independently and in an environment of changing targets
?High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel on weekly basis
