The successful candidate will be respoible for the following工作职责要求:
? Support the Dealer Network Development and Afteales Management of Brilliance Auto
? Support the implementation of all decided measures and track the sucess
? Prepare decisio and present them to different management levels of BMW, BBA and Brilliance.
? Support Brilliance Dealer Network Development functio in development, optimization and implementation of Investor Selection, New Dealer set-up & start-up, ? Dealer improvement and Dealer close-down processes.
? Design, develop and support implentation of a compreheive dealer data base, including all relevant information about existing and new deale.
? Design, develop and support implentation of a new dealer coding standard in
Billi
? Design and develop appropriate cooperation processes between involved Brilliance internal stakeholde
? Facilitate cooperation and communication between involved Brilliance departments
? Carry out project management work.
? Other additional related tasks assigned by line manager
Knowledge / skills / competencies:
? Expert experiences in Automotive Dealer Network Development processes
? Extended experience in (international) automotive companies
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Extended project management experiences and skills
? Fluent in Chinese and English
? Extended experience to work in an international team
? Able and keen to work independently and in an environment of changing targets
? High degree of flexibility / Good team-player / charming peonality
? Willingness to travel on weekly basis
