Respoibility:
Warranty claims analysis and processing
Dealer support of inquiries, helpdesk and warranty operation
Warranty data of dealer performance monitoring, evaluation and analysis
Weekly/Monthly/Annually Report preparation as required
Handling warranty reimbuement procedure monthly
Warranty audit and controlling
Experience Required:
General undetanding of automotive dealer business, at least 3 yea working experience in warranty or technical service
General automotive knowledge and background
Automotive dealer workshop background
Administration thinking philosophy, good communicatio skill, positive attitude
Good English in both speaking and writing
