1) Day to day duties (40-55% of time)
a. Maintain a product fact book
b. Collect marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities and customer expectatio
c. Link between sales, operation, R&D, KA and KI MARCOM team.
d. Control the budget and achieve sales goals
2)Short-term Activities (20-30%)
a. Participate in annual budget process for sales target
b. Implement promotional/advertising pla
c. Coordinate trade shows and product-related trainings
d. Predict and manage competito actio
e. Modify products and/or reduce costs to increase value
f. Participate in new product development meetings
3)Long-term activities (15-25%)
a. Create long-term competitive strategy for the product
b. Indentify new product opportunities
c. Recommend product changes, enhancements, introduction and elimination.
Remark: This position can be located anywhere in China, preferably in Shanghai or Zhuhai.

Qualificatio &Experience:
a. The incumbent should have a marketing mentality combined with marketing training and experience in the animal feed industry, food technology or agriculture products in a marketing or commercial role.
b. Master or Ph.D. degree in Animal Nutrition or Vet Medicine, food technology, agriculture, biological sciences or related area.
c. Experience in product management.
d. A high degree of peonal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and possess a distinct see of urgency.
e. Experience and ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with custome, pee and all levels of management.
f. Strong interpeonal skills to be able to work effectively in a divee team environment.
g. Demotrated integrity and honesty all in all aspects of education and work experience.
