Reports To: KI Engineer.

Overall Function ：Must be able to fully undetand project scope, project deliverables from each vendor, how pieces of the project fit together and interact, how the final system is supposed to work, how to keep the project on budget and on schedule and how to work with the Business Unit people so that they are happy with the project when it is completed.

Major Respoibilities:

1.Must be able to review and correct P&ID drawings, piping drawings and electrical drawings including all vendor submissio for equipment, controls, itrumentation, structural, civil, etc.

2.Must be able to work effectively to oveee the work of cotruction contracto (including all mechanical, electrical and controls)

3.Must be able to work with outside engineering coultants to take the process design and turn it into a final detailed design including all “for cotruction” drawings.

4.Must be able to hold weekly meetings for all stakeholde on site and present the updated costs (already spent vs money remaining) and the updated project schedule. Must be able to clearly present all data and awer questio from all team membe and contracto.

5.Must be able to assist with the preparation of cost estimates, capital appropriation requests (ESA/PSA), change order requests, proposed project schedule and other documentation as required.

6.Must be willing to work long hou, weekends and overtime as required to meet the required project schedule and cotruction schedule

Qualificatio & Experience:

1.Bachelor degree, Chemical Engineering or Cotruction Management (really prefer engineering degree);

2.Minimum of 5 yea of cotruction project management;

3.Extremely conveant in English (reading, writing and speaking);

4.Ability to read all drawings used in cotruction (civil, structural, piping, electrical, controls);

5.Ability to work with cotruction contracto and familiarity with cotruction techniques including pipe routing, electrical wiring, preparing concrete, setting structural steel, erecting a building, site grading, etc.
