Major Respoibilities:

? Manage the engineering firms and cotruction contracto to eure adherence to capital project schedule and budget.

?Develop, review, or approve revisio to the PFDs, batch cycle times, and mass and energy balances.

?Lead and facilitate stake holder scope reviews of projects and hazard reviews.

?Develop, review, or approve revisio to the P&IDs.

?Develop the final process description.

?Develop, review, or approve revisio to the equipment datasheets and specificatio.

?Approve equipment vendor selection.

?Ipect and approve field itallation including the work of all piping, electrical, building, civil, controls, itrumentation, PLC and concrete contracto.

?Develop the commissioning plan and lead the commissioning effort.

?Develop the startup plan and provide startup support.

Qualificatio & Experience:

?Experience as a Project Manager - 3 to 10 yea

?Experience as a Process Engineer - 3 to 5 yea

?Ability to prepare and read and interpret engineering drawings including process flow diagrams, P&ID’s, piping schematics, electrical schematics

?Ability to work with Kemin Operatio and Maintenance staff including developing correct scope definition for projects

?Ability to work effectively with outside engineering coultants and cotruction contracto

?Food, Chemical, biotechnology, and/or pharmaceutical experience

?Fluent in Chinese and English. Experience as an effective manager, project team player, leader and motivator; with the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management within a team environment on a variety of programs and projects.
