德企化工巨头南京职位：QA/QC engineer 加顾问微信

负责做化工设备供应商管理，以及检测化工的厂里改建或新建的化工设备

？地点在南京化工园区，每天早8:30 - 晚5点上班，也有当地的班车接送

？能接受江苏，张家港短期出差，主要做的也是检测各个地方的化工厂里改建或新建的化工设备

？汇报对象：TS manager（工程部技术支持经理）

岗位概况：

？主要负责做化工设备供应商管理，以及检测化工的厂里改建或新建的化工设备

？熟悉化工静设备、反应塔、换热器、有防腐经验、施工质量控制经验、材料成型、或机械制造类专业优先。

？岗位类别：工程/设备主管，工程师，流程管理、质量保证/品质管理

KEY JOB RESPOIBILITIES

? Work out the QA/QC plan and follow up it during the execution for investment project as quality manager

? Prepare and review the M+P technical part for engineering and bidding

? Take a leader for China sourcing to * AG

? Take a leader to Coordinate QA/QC team in the project with team membe such as PM project engineer, procurement, partner etc.

? Check quality after cotruction, itallation and repair, especially corrosion protection and welding are in focus.

? Set up and develop relatiohip to external laboratories and agencies for testing of materials, Create related processes and procedures

? Interpret testing results and provide coulting to custome ( like PT, RT, MT)

? Support Enginee for equipment optimization, strong technical support to improve productivity and quality

? Material and equipment supply audit and data base maintain for the qualified supplies and Supplier performance appraisal from QA/QC point of view

? Workshop quality ipection

? Quality control during the itallation work for MPEI

? Third party like ipection coultancy and ipection services management for project execution

? Quality standard set up for the technical standardization of TS

? Quality ipection itrument management

? Documentation: Creation and maintenance of reports and certificates

? Coordinate regular ipectio with internal customer and external authorities

? Develop and participate in supplier qualification and appraisal

? Assist to set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling

? Develop standard maintenance procedure specially concerning corrosion protection
