Position Accountabilities：

Lead the product delivery pipeline through a structured development process, data management and fronting negotiation.

1. Offer development & steering:

? Work closely with underwriting and product marketing functio to improve products offe

? Animate internal cross functional work streams (marketing, underwriting, operatio, sales) and product committees or a regular basis

? Coordinate all activities associated with the launch of new products on a project management mode

? Monitor the product portfolio performance by liaising with sales and underwriting and with the support of the data warehouse team

2. Product launch management:

? Manage and administrate the product launch pipeline

? Lead local fronting iurance partne’ relatiohips and fronting pipeline

3. Data management:

? Management of 4 data enginee with the objective to leverage the existing internal data cube to product analytical reports for sales, operatio, marketing and B2C

? Monitor product portfolio marketing performance leveraging cross-departments data

Required Qualificatio:

This opportunity is ideal actuarial professional with a strong marketing mindset who really wants to further grow and build on their already sound skills and experience.

? To be coidered for this role you will be a qualified actuary at least 5 yea of actuarial experience in iurance.

? Oveeas iurance background is a plus

? Undetanding of business processes and data, systems and analytical methods

? Ability to work autonomously in a busy commercial environment with outstanding time management and organizational skills

? Good communication skills are essential as you will have regular interaction with the iurance partne

? Fluency in English writing & oral

? Great communication and organizing skills, multitasking, focus on team work, and is able to work with different teams

? Excellent project management skills, good at making planning and make sure it is put into action, take care of the detail

? Engaged in learning, great observation skills, innovative, keep up with the newest methods and skills of marketing, interested in customer service
