Tasks and respoibilities:
1. Purchasing components, machines up to large trades and services in the national and regional market
2. Full cost control over local purchasing activities in a project and support of project controlling
3. Structure and conclusion of contracts with supplie, back to back to customer contracts
4. Self-employed conducting contract negotiatio, drafting contracts
5. Carry out relevant market analyses, Benchmarking (single parts, units, machines and services), Bundling of purchasing volume
6. Evaluation and development of regional and local supplie
7. Identification and development of new sources of supply
8. Strategic planning in cooperation with project team (KAG – PM, Technical department, etc.)
9. Respoible for supplier audits in cooperation with the quality department
10. Initiate, plan, and implement cost saving projects
11. Deal with complaints, notificatio of defects, claim management
12. Developing purchasing strategies for local projects in cooperation with project specific purchasing department Plants
13. Negotiation of contracts
14. Selection of supplie in cooperation with the quality department
Requirements:
1. Commercial and contractual apprenticeship
2. Further education highly welcomed (e.g. Certified Technician, College Diploma in Business Studies etc.)
3. Several yea of work experience in purchasing
4. Solid technical undetanding
5. Experience in working with cost-benefit-analyses
6. Analytical way of thinking
7. Bargaining strength
8. Very good knowledge of (Business) English
9. Knowledge of German would be beneficial
10. With process technical background
11. Familiar with common fluid equipment and components, e.g. pump, valve, vessel, heat exchanger, itruments etc.
12. Know related laws and regulatio, especially special equipment like: pressure vessel, pressure pipe
