目标和职责
1.通过以下方法达成地区销售目标。
-直销,零售,恰当地贯彻全球卫浴战略。
-与区域/全国重点客户经理紧密合作。
2. 通过展示及时推出新产品或现有产品的组合。
3. 有效贯彻高仪销售流程核心理念
4. 培养客户的使用习惯,最大程度地提高高仪知名度和重复购买率。
要求
1.有学历佳,较好的技术意识并能在一个相对复杂的销售环境中工作(多渠道,多产品,复杂产品等)
2.若学历水平欠缺,则需较多相关工作经验。
3.了解品牌价值并知道如何在市场中充分应用。
4.3年以上相关行业工作经验
能力要求
1.有商业头脑,善于谈判。
2.能理解全国销售和营销策略并应用于日常工作。
3.高度结果导向,在一定的指导下工作并具有很好d职业道德。
4.能很好地安排时间,比如组织销售推进。
5.理解关键客户维护/结构化销售的原则。
Tasks and respoibilities
1. Achievement of area sales targets through,
-Direct sales, retail ,appropriate execution of global showroom strategy.
-Work closely with regional/national key account managerment as necessary.
2. Effective launch of new and existing product portfolio supported by display and stock commitment
3. Effectively use core Grohe sales processes.
4. Train custome to maximise Grohe advocacy and repeat-purchase
Requirements
1.May have degree, possibly quite technically minded and capable of working in a moderate complex selling environment (multi channel , multi product, complex products etc).
2.May be less educated but with more experience.
3.Undetands the value of brands and knows how to leverage them in the marketplace.
4.Knowledge of industry or experience of working 3+ yea in comparable or related industry.
Competence
1.Commercially savvy, astute in negotiatio.
2.Capable of undetanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work.
3.Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision.
4.Good time manager, for example organising sales routing.
5.Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes.In particular, undetands principles of a structured sale/key account call.
