职位/Job Title: Account Sales Executive 客户专员

汇报对象/Report To: Market Development Director

职位概述 / Job Summary

Overall Purpose of the Role

Support Market Development Director to research and identify qualified leads information which should be in line with the criteria of corporate food industry.

Support Market Development Director to establish and manage client database in strategic industry secto.

Support Client Solution team to have a sustainable sales growth data and information by generating effective leads data.

Business performance and reporting to eure result delivery in line with leads generation team management and performance reporting. Demotrate commercial value to line manager and Leadehip teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy.

工作职责/RESPOIBILITIES:

? Support Market Development Director to research and identify qualified sales leads information.

? Capable of generating & organizing meeting with clients, to further filter and make sure result effectively by either face to face communication with clients or by introduction to field sales (Buye Grid)

? Capable of developing and exploring potential leads and clients to support sustainable sales growth in the middle and long term

? To eure self-performance meets and exceeds KPI’s

? Respect company’s regulatio stipulating on CBC and competition law.

? Effectively handle client interactio, includes but not limited to leads generation, realistic information submission, introductio, etc.

? Timely weekly and monthly reporting requirements according to line manager’s request.

? Support Line Manager to develop and maintain relatiohips with internal and external stakeholde.

? Interact with other function teams to improve team synergy.

? Eure engagement, communication to retrieve most accurate data relative to contract tendering, timelines coumer sales, volumes, subsidies, competition and \ or integrato (JLL, CBRE, C&W…..)

? Identify as detailed as possible coumer food programs and requested services

? Agree and comply with Company Cost Controls, T&E policies

任职资格/QUALIFICATIO:

? 3 – 5 yea marketing research and B2B sales experience.

? Experience in highly commercial and price seitive markets.

? Excellent communication skills.

? Analytical and phone selling skills.

? “Can-do” attitude and high energy level.

? Basic project appraisal knowledge.

? Passionate and self-motivated.

? College degree and / or above.

? Retail and facilities management experience.

? Out sourcing industry experience.

? Fluent written & oral English.
