岗位目标 / Purpose of the Position

维护与执行公司的产品控制流程，以确保产品持续地符合公司的规格与标准。

Maintain and execute quality control process and eure continuous productio meet corporate specificatio and standards.

对产品进行检验、检测，实施问题改善流程，以改进产品质量、成本、及总体效率。

Conduct products ipection & tests and implement problem resolution process to improve quality, cost, and overall efficiency.

组织实施实验设备的维护，确保实验设备满足实验要求。

Organize to implement test devices maintenance, to guarantee the test devices could meet the test requirements.

主要职责 / Principal Respoibilities

根据公司质量管理目标，制定及执行质量控制方案；

Develop and execute quality control program according to company’s quality management target;

对原材料、中间产品、及成品进行检测及检验；

Performs the ipection and testing of raw materials、interval and finished products;

识别、记录、分析、汇总各种质量问题；

Identify, record, analyze and summarize all quality related issues;

提供问题解决建议，监督或执行改进方案；

Recommend problem resolution and monitor，implement and evaluate the corrective action;

监督生产工人遵守公司的质量规定及流程；

Supervise worke follow the established specificatio and procedures;

处理客户关于质量问题的返馈，并推动相关部门及时解决；

Settle custome feedback about quality issues and bring forward related departments to solve;

组织内审事宜、协调外审事宜，并负责跟进改进行动方案；

Organize internal audit & coordinate external audit and follow up correction action plan;

与外部质量管理部门保持良好的沟通与合作；

Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies;

资质要求 / Qualification Requirements

最低学历要求 / Minimum Education Requirements：

本科以上学位，机械、锻造、成型技术等工科专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, forging, molding technician, engineering, etc;

最低经验要求 / Minimum Experience Requirements /：

6年以上工作经验，4年以上生产制造企业质量或技术相关工作经验；

At least 6 yea working experience, 4 yea related experience in manufacturing enterprise, quality or technician;

Essential Skills & Characteristics / 必备技能与特质：

年龄在30岁以上，熟练的英文口语和阅读能力，具有团队的管理能力，学习能力，熟练运行质量体系等的相关知识。

aged over 30 yea old, solid skills of oral and reading English, team management, good team player, learning, familiar to QMS and quality tools.

Specific Requirements / 特殊要求:

会使用相关仪器进行金相组织分析、材料分析、力学性能分析、无损检测、裂痕检测等。

Able to conduct metallography analysis, material analysis, mechanical property analysis, NDT, crack detection.
