岗位目标 / Purpose of the Position

- The Chief Material Engineer (CME) assures the quality of both production and non-production material. This includes as biggest material category the Aluminum pre-material and other production materials, and also non-production materials such as equipment.

- The CME improves in cooperation with the pre-material supplier the supplie manufacturing process in order to guarantee the best possible quality and most economic production method. He works in selection, qualification and approval of alternative supplie.

- For imported materials he evaluates localization strategies and – if applicable – qualifies local supplie.

资质要求 / Qualification Requirements

- 最低学历要求 / Minimum Education Requirements：bachelor or above

- 最低经验要求 / Minimum Experience Requirements：5 - 10 yea metal quality assurance, fluent English

- Essential Skills & Characteristics / 必备技能与特质：strong in communication, strong motivation to assure quality, deep metallurgical knowledge, ideally knowledge of casting or extrusion processes
