1、主要职责 / Principal Respoibilities

应对特殊情况，定义并解决问题，尤其在自动化方面（PLC-控制的）;

Respond to emergency situatio, define and resolve engineering problems, especially on automation systems (PLC-controlled);

完成电气设备或自动化（PLC控制的）设备的常规检查和维护;

Perform routine ipection and maintenance of electrical or automation (PLC-controlled) equipment;

执行预防性维护计划和解决方案

Execute preventive maintenance plan and solution;

执行维护流程来减少停机时间，由机器故障引起的流线型活动，并减少维修成本

Execute maintenance procedures to reduce outage time, streamline activities caused by equipment breakdown and reduce maintenance costs;

保存维修&维护流程以及问题中最新的文件

Keep up-to-date documentation on repair & maintenance procedures and issues;

负责新机器&设备的测试，调试&检修

Be respoible for testing, adjustment & ipection of new machinery & equipment;

由维修主管分配的其他任务

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

2、资质要求 / Qualification Requirements

最低学历要求：本科学历或以上，自动化或机电一体化专业；

Minimum Education Requirements：College and above, automation, or electromechanical integration.

最低经验要求：至少在自主处理PLC-控制系统中(SIEME S7)3年的工作经验，拥有在S7-程序功能中问题解决，处理或建立方面的牢固的技术知识（例如DB’s 或FB’s），机械制造行业优先（例如锻造工业）；

Minimum Experience Requirements：at least 3 yea’ experience in autonomous handling of PLC – controller (SIEME S7) systems, with firmed know-how in troubleshooting, handling or set-up of S7- program functio (i.e. DB’s or FB’s); preferred in manufacture industry (forging industry i.e.).

基本技能：自动化技术行业中丰富的专业知识，尤其在PLC编程操作方面（会Sieme S7和WinCC者优先，单并不一定掌握），拥有在测量，电气安装，供电系统和PC方面的基本外延知识，拥有机械和液动方面知识者以及在机械制造方面有经验者优先考虑；

Essential Skills： sustainable knowledge of automation technology, especially in the operating and programming principles of a Programmable Logic Controller （Sieme S7, and WinCC）, extended basic knowledge in measurement, electric itallation, power supply system, and PC，experiences in mechanics and hydraulics are preferable as well as experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment’s.

特殊要求：能适应倒班工作，年龄27到40岁之间，有自主学习能力，英语流利沟通，会德语者优先；

Specific Requirements：Can adapt shift schedule, aged from 27 to 40, high willingness and ability to learn, firm command of English is necessary or German skills preferable.
