ZF Wind is a market-leading tramission component supplier for wind turbine generato in the world, to further our business development and enhance our market competitiveness in China region, ZF Wind China has an immediate opening for several Key account manage (KAM) to join in our sale team. The positio are in the organisation structure of ZF IW China sales team locating in Tianjin, and the KAMs report directly to the head of the sales team. The successful candidate must possess the ability to think strategically, have a proven track record of complex account management and demotrate progressive thinking in order to anticipate the impact of market changes and strong competiveness.

2. Major accountabilities
· Developing trust relatiohips with major custome to eure expanding the relatiohips with existing custome by continuously proposing solutio that meet their objectives;
· Acquiring a thorough undetanding of key customer needs and requirements, Record and track information from custome to provide information. Collaborate and manage priorities with appropriate internal departments to fulfil the customer’s requirements, play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relatiohips;
· Support Service management to maintain relatiohips with existing custome; leverage relatiohips to eure renewals of services and to develop new business opportunities. Coordinate and resolve any issues and problems faced by custome and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
· Analysis of the whole market requirements and collaborate with other departments to make marketing strategies and to define new customer targets and new project development;
· Serve as the link of communication between key custome and internal teams, Coordinate and organise multi-level management communication between ZF Wind and custome;
· Other related tasks as assigned.

· Technical background is in priority, at least two yea’ experience in wind energy

· Ability to learnavigate internal systems to support customer results
7. Expertise
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience; wind turbine technical background preferred, much better 2+ yea of experience in wind industry
· At least 5 yea of experience in one or more of the following areas concerning custome, such as commercial or technical sales, customer service
