1. Purpose of the job
Develop technical solutio or implement standard solutio and define and implement new product related projects in order to develop, implement and support the business objectives.
2. Major accountabilities:
Project definition
Define the scope and deliverables of projects and analyse the impact in order to guarantee a clear iight into the needs and the goals to be achieved. These goals should support the strategic goals of the company
Project team definition
Define a project team and describe their function within the project.
Project planning & coordination
Draw up project pla (timing, allocation of resources, etc.) and harmonise and follow up the work performed by project employees in order to realise the required project within the predetermined timing, budget and deliverables.
An estimate of workload of the different functio within the project needs to be performed to use as an input to the different resource manage (operational respoible for allocating the people resources linked to the proposed functio). The different resource manage will respond to the project manager so hehe is able to build a project resource planning.
Communication plan
A communication plan needs to be described on which time period which meetings and reports will be given or distributed.
Project reporting
Monitor and report on all aspects of the project in order to eure that the project meets the organisational requirements, the methodology and the quality standards. Examples are: management status report, risk reporting, issue reporting, exception reporting, task & planning status reporting.
Exception handling
Adapt the projects when necessary in order to deliver the project with a high quality and to maintain customer satisfaction. Herewith proposals will be given to the project board, that makes the decision
Experience and knowledge sharing
Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.

Be well-informed about the process evolutio and developments related to Haen to eure your credibility can be strengthened by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.
Identify and circulate best practices among other colleagues;

Coordinate, plan and steer departmental activities in order to reach the Haen goals.
Steer, develop and coach department/team membe in order to maximise performance and stimulate people growth.

The education level required for this role is Master or equivalent through experience.
