Overall Role Purpose

Manage and train the Field sales team. According to the market environment,

assist to develop the sales strategy and implement it. Coordinates the relatiohip

with other functio of the company, network and custome, to eure achieving

the pre-set sales target.

Accountabilities

· Develop and improve the Field manage system, to eure it working smoothly

· According to the target assignment principle, mark off field to the sale and develop related target

· Organize the sales meeting regularly and ipect the work of sales staff

· Visit the key customer and handle complex problems

· Collaborate with all related functio. Delive custome information, requirement

and improve the service quality

· Improve sales peonal competency by training and coaching. Cooperate

all sales projects and provide related support

· Read and analyst relevant sales report, supervise and evaluate the sales

activities according to the quantity, aspect and quality standard

· Use the sales manage tool proficiently. Undetand the target customer

information and sales working effort

· Collect and analyst market information, especially the competitor’s

information, and adjust relevant sales strategy

· Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to

the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets

· Develop IKOs/KPIs with team membe and monitor individual

performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal

· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled

functional department

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above (the Univeity of 211 or 985 Project is prefer)

· 5 yea or above relevant working experience, prefer to 1 year or above sales management experience. With a strong record of account management success

· Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skill

· Analytical with exceptional ability to assimilate complex data and simplify solutio

· Strong business coaching experience

· Strong business see & knowledge

· Excellent writing and oral English skill

· Be skillful in Office applicatio
