Respoibilities
1.Make marketing strategy and eure implementation of marketing plan.
2.Provide marketing service for automotive accounts, Establish close professional contacts with custome so as to be able to anticipate their needs and satisfy their expectation.
3.Monitor market and competitive issues, actio, pricing and trends through ongoing market research, competitive intelligence, market analysis, and testing.
4.Supports in the development and implementation of various trade show, conference and product seminar content, activities and agendas.
5.Developing customer relatiohips in order to identify new opportunities.
6.Organizing the marketing team to eure the achievement of targets for existing and new business.
7.Monitor and manage the team in their business to eure teamwork and the delivery of total customer satisfaction.
8.Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree with major in Electronics Engineering or Auto Engineering.
2.At least 10 yea work experience in a sales management position in automotive industry.
3.Depth knowledge about automotive OEMs.
4.Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
5.Ability to manage an account/customer, or more than one, which entails in-depth knowledge of contract negotiation.s, project management and customer systems.
6.Fluent spoken and written English.
7.Self-motivating and good team player.
8.Ability to work under pressure.
9.Willingness to frequently travel.
