职位描述:
Main respoibilities include the following:
1.Explores, maintai and develops key custome to obtain 100% customer satisfaction so as to achieve respoible sales target;
2.Lead the team and the whole quote process like puue project needs, customer expectation and prepare quotation with intergroup technicalales team etc.
3.Define price strategy together with management and respoible sales negotiatio including terms & conditio with customer.
4.Collaborate with the project team to make sure successful trafer project after nomination
5.Maintain customer relatiohip, resolve continually commercial issue after project launched
6.Collect market information in terms of industrial trend, market needs, product, customer as well as competito
7.Participate in the preparation of the Annual Budget and marketing Strategies and marketing development Plan
8.Prepare and submit the documents in time as required by management.
Peonnel Quality Required:
1.At least 5 yea in the automotive power train sales related work experience. Has OEM account management experience will be plus.
2.Bachelor degree in engineering background preferred;
3.Honest, high integrity with motivation and result-oriented individual with excellent interpeonal skills.
4.Willing to interface with a customer and with various profiles/jobs at the customer (purchasing, quality, logistics, development)
5.Fluent English and Mandarin.
6.Frequent domestic or oveea travel based on project requirement.
