职位描述:
Job Objectives:
1.Develop and implement accounts plan to grow and retain existing accounts assigned,, generate pipeline of new business coming in to the company thereby increase revenue.
2.Work with the internal team, and other staff to increase sales opportunities.
3.Find potential new custome, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
Respoibilities:
1.Secure new profitable business with current and new custome.
2.Proactively, detect new business opportunities at current and new custome.
3.Iure Strong business relatiohip with custome.
4.Work closely with cross functional teams to set up and execute business plan.
5.Visit current clients, get to know custome' new requirements, pass the information and lead the projects.
6.Dealing with customer requirement and managing customer perception.
7.Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
2.Familiar with Marketing ,Business Management , Product, Project Management.
3.1-3 yea working experience in automotive industry,powertrain product as plus.
