职位描述:
SUMMARY:
1. To identify opportunities and to be respoible for business development of forwarding & logistics services in assigned accounts or regio.
2. Focus on developing local controlled forwarding & logistics services business.
3. Sales & Marketing initiative to promote M+R forwarding & logistics services products.
4. Report the work process to GM of Xiamen Branch and Sales GM of Central & North China regularly.
PRIMARY RESPOIBILITIES:
1. Present and sell forwarding & logistics services to current and potential clients, focus on developing local controlled Sea freight , Airfreight and Logistics services business.
2. To prepare action pla and schedules to identify specific targets of forwarding & logistics business development.
3. Follow up on new Sales leads, identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
4. Cooperate with the oveea agents to develop Sales leads and free-hand business.
5. Prepare quotatio, handle customer issues, make professional solution, communicate and report to the superior timely for any escalated issues.
6. Maintain the relatiohips with the current client and be proactive to approach the potential client.
7. Make sure to maintain and update the info into CRM and submit the Sales visiting report on regular basis as required.
8. Be respoible for protecting the confidential business information for the company.
9. Take active part in varieties of training hold by company to improve peonal Sales skills and competency continuously.
10. Prepare a variety of reports, including activity, follow-up, performance and adherence to goals.
11. Prepare and sign the service contracts/agreements with the clients are in place and signed legally, complying with the relative regulatio of the company.
12. Apply for the credit term for the clients complying with the relative regulatio of the company, follow up
the payment and eure the credit / outstanding control.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Univeity or College graduate, majoring in logistics management is preferable.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
3. Minimum five yea’ experience of Sales in forwarding or logistics industry, specialize on shipping, forwarding & logistics business.
4. Specialize on Europe and North America Trade Lanes, serving in the global company is preferable.
5. High level of self-motivation and initiative.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently, but also have good team spirit and work ethos.
8. Have the resources of local or oveea custome and regular freehand businesses.
