SUMMARY:
Respoible for assisting with the day-to-day operatio of the human resources functio and duties, carry out respoibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruitment, employment, HR system maintenance, employee relatio, training and development, performance appraisal, dimission and departmental development in China
Contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives.
Help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs of HR assigned by superior;
PRIMARY RESPOIBILITIES:
*Assist with recruitment process (e.g. to post job vacancies, review resumes, evaluate qualificatio and eligibility of the candidates, select candidates and set up interviews, etc.)
*Prepare letter of rejection to uuccessful candidates
*Assist with employment process for new staff (e.g.: sending welcome letter and guide of reporting for work, filling of enrollment forms , etc.)
*Process and maintai manual and electronic documents, files, data, materials and records for employees (e.g. peonnel records, employee lists, HR system etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines
*Conduct accurate and timely data provision for people data (Turnover, headcount reports and work hou statistics etc.)
*Oveee employee attendance and conduct monthly attendance report
*Review the leave application of employees and conduct the requests of leave entitlement
*Conduct accurate and timely statistics of Partial Paid and Unpaid leaves of employees for monthly pay changes
*Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g. employee, agency and authority, etc.) regarding staff matte (e.g. examinatio, eligibility and other pertinent information, etc.) for the purpose of resolving problems and providing information
*Assists decorating and posting all the necessary information in the bulletin boards
*Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs
*Assist with establishing the training file of staff and maintain the database of training records
*Maintain and update the organization chart of the company timely
*Prepare the statistics of exit interview report
*Assist with exit process for leaving staff
*Researches information required to manage assignments including reviewing relevant policies and c PRIMARY RESPOIBILITIES urrent practices for the purpose of euring compliance with legislative requirements,
*Assist with maintain employee relatiohip. (e.g. birthday greeting, wedding and baby birth congratulation, etc.)
*Any other respoibilities as and when required by Superior that are reasonably within the capabilities of the peon and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with degree in Human Resource Management
*At least 1 year related HR working experience, preferably with the working experience in international freight forwardings or shipping companies
*Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent spoken English is preferred
*Honest, reliable, well-behaved, has appetency and self-motivated
*Ability to maintain the confidential information
*Be good at composing HR report, have good expression, communication, coordination skills and team spirit
*Superior attention to detail
*Willingness to work additional hou in order to meet tight deadlines
*Proficient in the usage of modern office equipment & MS office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet)
