职位描述:
工作职责:
/Individual to manage and drive company to fulfil assigned accounts needs; Leading and review any commercial contracts negotiation;
能独力管理并驱动公司去满足委任的客户需求;主导及检阅各类型商务合约谈判;/
/Obtain customer needs and demands to feedback to the plants (incl. all regular forecasting);
找出客户祈望需求与及生产需求,并反馈给生产部(包括所有定期需求预测);/
/Individual follow up quotation from RFQ till closing;
能独立跟进报价,从报价要求直至确认下单;/
/Develop and maintain assigned Accounts/Custome;
负责发展与维护被委派的客户/顾客;/
/Assist superior to prepare sales pla, strategies and budgets;
协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算;/
/Execute the agreed sales pla & strategies according to approved budgets;
按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略;/
/Other departmental works assigned by superior
由上级指派的各项部门工作;/
/Build and manage a tema of Account Executives with coaching and guidance;
负责建立与管理客户业务专员团队提供训导和指导;/
任职资格:
/ ◆ 知识要求(如教育背景等)
Knowledge Requirement//Univeity graduated, preferred in engineering or polymer;
Fluent in speaking and written English (with CET6 or above) and Mandarin (Chinese);
Fluent in German is plus;/
/ ◆ 经验要求
Experience Requirement //At least 5 yea sales or account management experience;
With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;/
/ ◆ 技能要求
Skill Requirement //Good PC knowledge on MS Office & PowerPoint;
Database knowledge is plus/
/ ◆ 性格要求
Peonality Requirement//Able to work independently; Open mind and able to stand for time cotraint and pressure;
Self motivate, respoible, punctual, discipline; Willing to take challenges & respoibilities/
