岗位职责：

1. 负责及时解决装配生产线的技术问题，保障生产顺利进行。

Respoible for assembly technical issues dealing, make sue the production running appropriate.

2. 负责装配生产机器设备的保养、 点检， 以保障机器设备的正常运作。

Respoible for the assembly production equipment's maintenance and daily ipection, eure all machines running appropriate.

3. 引进新工艺、新技术持续提高生产水平。

Assembly technique and manufacturing skills to improve the production capability.

4. 制定持续改进计划并实施，不断改进生产品质及产出。

Make the continuous improvement plan and implement it, improve quality and output.

5. 跟进新产品至顺利量产。

Respoible for new projects from the trial production to SOP.

6. 对技术员进行技能培训，提升技术员技能。

Respoible to train the technicia to improve their skills .

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有流利的英语口语及良好的读写能力。

Junior College or above, Skilled English in oral and written.

2、具有装配自动化技术工作经验5年以上。

Over 5 yea experience on automatic assembly production.

3、熟悉自动化工装设备工作原理、设计制做及维护保养。

Familiar with automatic fixture and equipment's theory, and can design, make and maintain them.

4、熟悉机器人编程、调试及维护。

Familiar with robot programming, adjusting and maintenance.

5、 熟练使用Office和Pro-E 或Auto CAD等软件

Ability of Office software and tool drawing software(Pro-E or CAD)./
